You can create multiple twitter accounts with just one email address. This only works with GMAIL. If you already have a Gmail address then you're good to go. Otherwise you can create one, It's free.

For example this is your email address:pkgeeky@gmail.com
When some one sends an email message on this address, It reaches to you.Even if someone sends message to pk.geeky@gmail.comor pkg.e.eky@gmail.com It will still reach to you, because Google don't care about periods.
We can use this trick with Twitter to create multiple twitter accounts.
Steps to create multiple twitter accounts with one Email Address:
Step 1: Click here to go to Twitter Sign up page.
Step 2: Fill the instructions. In Email box, make a little bit change in your real email address like putting a . in it.
Example: Your real email address is abc@gmail.com(Which is already registered on twitter by you).
You can modify your this email and put a . inside it, It will become ab.c@gmail.com or a.b.c@gmail.com
These all email addresses belongs to you, If someone send you an email, They will reach to your inbox.
Step 3: After filling all the information (and specially EMAIL), Click on Create my account.
And your new twitter account will be ready. They will send you a confirmation link on your email with which your register. If you registered with ab.c@gmail.com You will still get your confirmation link on abc@gmail.com
